House 1 is based on 2 floors and has 1 big living room, which contains the main living room and one room with a nice open fireplace. At the ground floor you will find as well the kitchen, the bathroom with bath and in the Patio another room which can be used as workshop, storeroom or guestroom. At the first floor are the bedroom and another big room which is used as an office but can be easily refurbished to another bedroom. From the bedroom you get access to the terrace.

House 2 contains 3 floors and has in total 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 living-dining room with kitchen, 1 balcony and a terrace. At the ground floor you will find 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and the terrace. At the 1 st floor is the living-dining room with a kitchen unit and access to the 2 nd floor where you will find another bedroom with bathroom (shower) and the balcony. From the balcony you have a nice view over Estepona until the „Sierra Bermeja“, the mountain of Estepona.
